Available payment methods are Cash on Delivery and the bank or e-wallet options shown at checkout. For prepaid orders, use the displayed QR code and enter the reference or transaction number. We do not ask you to enter a card number or banking password on this website. A prepaid order remains subject to payment verification and order confirmation.

We currently accept Philippine delivery addresses through the checkout form. Delivery timing, availability, and any applicable fee depend on the destination and will be confirmed with the order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible before fulfillment. Product concerns, delivery issues, and refund or replacement requests will be reviewed case by case and handled in accordance with applicable law and the confirmation given for your order.
